I´m in different open WiFis like aaaaaall the time it always bugged me a great deal to have to fear for my data. That worry´s gone now - thank you Steganos!!!
I had my problems validating my serial, you have to do it on the Steganos website. When you have surpassed this obstacle you are getting rewarded with very fast servers that up to now could handle all kinds of video streams from the UK and US. I didnt regret the purchase.
Some bad moments
Since i have upgraded the software told me that my free version is expired even I m a premium user
I have no possibility to enter my serial number
Yesterday it was in Spanish today it is translated into my language but it is the same
The previous version worked properly on ios9 so no need to upgrade

This is an awesome VPN. Thanks for giving people some extra privacy and protection (on the go for me with public WiFi hotspots). I like how this VPN is really fast, also considering that is is an ad-bocker too!! That usually never comes in the free version of a VPN. Anyway, thank you again for a great, private, fast VPN. And a generous 500 my a month. But could you add an option to earn bonus data? Like via referrals or video ads or something... Because I will tell people about this anyway
App has worked fine so far. Easy, no problems setup. Easy to turn on & off. Only about 10 or so countries to choose from, but thats fine with me.
1. Steganos is an established, well-known (in Europe) security software company. Important considering your traffic goes thru their servers. Do you really trust some unknown name VPN company with all your traffic?
2. Steganos is a German company. The NSA & FBI can easily pressure American companies to insert backdoors. Harder to do to a German company, especially since Euros are very sensitive about privacy, and not too well disposed towards NSA intrusions, especially since that little thing about the NSA bugging the German chancellors phone.
3. No ads, even with free version (limited to 500MB free/month, I have paid version now - no data limits). Other VPNs have ad-supported free versions -- sort of defeats the purpose of using a VPN, to have ads (& possibly cookies) inserted into your browsing experience.
4. With paid ios version, can add up to 5 devices, including your PC (havent installed that yet).
